Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are professionally printed and carefully dispatched from Auckland (by demand) ONCE A WEEK.
This is the processing time, this does not include the delivery time. We take extreme care and quality when producing original fine art prints.
After dispatch, the delivery time is as follows:
New Zealand - you have the choice of having your order delivered the next working day or track and trace which takes up to 3 working days.
Australia - orders are shipped by International Air Mail and takes between 8 to 10 working days.
United States, United Kingdom and Rest of the World - orders are shipped by International Air Mail and can take up to 14 working days.
All international orders (outside of New Zealand) are shipped using International Air Mail, please note this is not a tracked service.
COVID-19: Please be mindful of your countries shipping policies at the moment. Miss Hauora is not liable for lost or delayed shipping.
All limited edition prints are personally packed (and signed) by the artist herself, all other prints are created by demand and put together by one of our trusted partners also here in Auckland.
A3 Prints are presented in a plastic sleeve to prevent water damage and with backing board. It is then securely packaged in a custom made flat pack to further prevent bending during transit.
A2 Prints are presented rolled due to their larger size. They are rolled in acid free paper, then wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the ends of the print and prevent movement within the external packaging. It is then securely placed in a postal tube, then sealed with plastic tape to further prevent any risk of water damage.
All backing boards and external cardboard are recyclable. We are in the process of brainstorming more earth friendly ways we can present your orders while still keeping them well protected. Watch this space!
Refunds and Lost or Damaged Parcels
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' so please consider your purchase carefully. This is also the case for delayed parcels due to postal services.
Miss Hauora is also not liable for lost or damaged goods, however, please contact us if you have an issue to see if we can assist, as all inquiries will be considered on an individual basis.
